**Overview**

**CRM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**

We’re looking for a **CRM Account Executive** to join our team and support digital campaign operations for the **North American region for a leading global FMCG brand** .

Reporting to the CRM Account Manager leading the region, you’ll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end CRM campaigns in a loyalty app, ensuring flawless execution, and collaborating with creative-, analytics-, and campaign management teams.

This role is a great fit if you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow in CRM and digital marketing.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in **campaign management, stakeholder coordination, and regional market strategy** , while working with both internal teams and high-profile client partners across North America.

**Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities:**

+ **Campaign Management** : Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution — from planning, rollout, and optimization to delivery.
+ **Project Management** : Execute quarterly roadmaps, manage deliverables through weekly sprints, oversee daily processes, and ensure alignment with timelines and resources.
+ **User Experience & Optimization** : Create and refine user flows for brand and product campaigns, linking user journeys to business goals.
+ **Market & Product Knowledge** : Build expertise in Pampers Rewards US market, platform features, reward catalog, and KPIs.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Brief and coordinate creative, data, and campaign teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
+ **Client & Stakeholder Management** : Represent the agency with external stakeholders (Procter & Gamble) and collaborate closely with regional lead, CRM, and internal partners.
+ **Operational Support** : Manage financial tracking (POs, invoices), maintain polished campaign documentation, and oversee compliance across partners.

**Qualifications**

**We’re looking for you if you’re…**

+ Experienced (2–3 years) in an agency or client-side role, with a **background in account or project management.**
+ Skilled at **coordinating end-to-end campaign management** — from planning and rollout to optimization and delivery.
+ Comfortable executing quarterly roadmaps, managing deliverables through weekly sprints, and keeping processes running smoothly across teams and partners.
+ **Confident in briefing and aligning cross-functional teams** (creative, data, campaign management) while ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
+ **Organized and detail-oriented** , able to manage financial tracking, documentation, and multiple projects at once.
+ Proactive, independent, and clear in your communication (C1 English preferred).
+ A **collaborative team player** who adapts well to fast-paced environments, can handle repetitive tasks with resilience, and isn’t afraid to step outside your comfort zone.
+ **Curious and analytical,** eager to build expertise in the Pampers Rewards US market, understand KPIs, and connect insights to campaigns.
+ **Excited to grow client relationships,** represent the agency with professionalism, and become a trusted partner to stakeholders like Procter & Gamble.
+ Open to working with **multinational colleagues, clients, and stakeholders,** and comfortable using (or learning) project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
