**Overview**

**SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER** **– Digital & eCommerce**

We are looking for a **Senior Account Manager** to join our team, managing digital and eCommerce projects for some of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands.

You’ll collaborate with clients across North America and Europe, working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Group Account Director.

**What** **you’ll** **do**

+ Manage and nurture client relationships across multiple brands, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and delivery of high-quality digital work

+ Lead creative and content development for digital advertising campaigns in line with client goals

+ Plan and supervise project timelines, budgets, and workflows across internal and external teams

+ Take full ownership of medium- to large-scale projects — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

+ Oversee project management elements including costs, timings, scope, and internal resource planning

+ Prepare and submit cost estimates and proposals in collaboration with the Group Account Director

+ Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations

+ Ensure accurate project documentation, financial tracking, and reporting

+ Collaborate with international Publicis Groupe teams and partner agencies

+ Identify opportunities to strengthen client brands through data-driven and creative solutions

+ Support new business initiatives and pitch preparations

+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

**What we are looking for**

+ **Minimum** **4 years of agency experience** , ideally in digital advertising or eCommerce

+ Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

+ Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and Scopes of Work (SOWs)

+ Confident use of Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus

+ Skilled in preparing decks, reports, and client presentations

+ Interest and experience in digital marketing

+ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

+ Strong sense of ownership and accountability

+ Detail-oriented, structured, and organized

+ Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

+ Proactive and solution-oriented under pressure

+ Team-player with leadership potential and mentoring attitude

+ Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills

+ Independent, reliable, and professional “can-do” attitude
